Please note that COVID19 is causing delays in the postal services. The time frames listed below for parcel arrivals may be extended. We have not been given exact expectations but wanted to let you know this information.

*Free shipping does not include tracking, as it goes by regular mail.

*For a season, we've changed how we ship our jewelry - we're releasing a new collection each week and the items will ship within 1-3 business days upon ordering.

Canada

  • Regular Parcel: Approximately 3-15 business days depending on your province (not tracked) - FREE
  • Expedited: 2-5 business days (with tracking) - $12.75
  • Express: 1-2 business days (with tracking) - $19.75

USA

  • Regular Parcel: Approximately 5-15 business days (not tracked) - FREE
  • Tracked Pack Air Mail: Approx. 4-10 business days - $17.75
  • Express Post: 2-3 business days (with tracking) - $29.50

International 

Prices depend on location - cost will be shown prior to checkout.

  • All orders are handmade and shipped within 3 weeks of purchase date, unless a rush order is arranged by contacting us.

    Rush Orders
  • We offer two shipping upgrades at checkout if you would like to guarantee that your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days of purchase
  • Please contact us so I can let you know if it is possible, and create a custom product listing for the rush order fee.
  • Guarantee Shipped within:
    • 1 day of purchase date - $19.95
    • 2 days of purchase date - $16.95
    • 3 days of purchase date - $13.95
    • 4 days of purchase date - $10.95
    • 5 days of purchase date - $7.95

    Lost Packages

    • Jewels by SJB is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. 
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged.
    • Please choose tracked package or expedited shipping if you would like to have tracking and insurance. 
    • If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service. 
    • If you purchased Priority/Insured shipping, you can file a claim with Canada Post
      • Once a claim is filed, Canada Post may attempt to recover or refund you for the lost package.
