Sessions can take many different directions, however I'll do my best to share what it may look like based on previous experiences.

To begin with, we will chat for a few minutes so you can share what you hope to experience, the reason why you booked the session or any specific prayer requests you may have.

After this I will likely sense a direction to go in and once I explain that to you and have your consent, we will move forward.
